Pole Introduction
This class is for first timers! Have the chance to experience a pole fitness class & decide if pole is the right workout for you.
We will cover a warmup and touch on some of the basic pole foundations, as well as a couple of spins and a short routine. One class and you’ll be hooked! This class is designed to show you what is involved in our recurring classes.
Note: This class IS a requirement, unless you have previous experience. You may not take the Beginner Pole class, without taking Intro to Pole first.
Pole Tricks Beginner
This class is for you ladies who are new to pole, but have already completed at least 1 introduction to pole class. This class will cover basic pole foundations, beginner spins, basic grips, proper body alignment, and strength building.
This class is a requirement for all new polers. Whether it’s your first time or if you are just starting your workout regimen, and need to start slow and build up strength this class along with the Conditioning Class will get you there! It is recommended that you attend this class 3-4 times minimum before signing up for Beginner Pole Flow.
Note: It is very important to master the foundations of pole before learning more advanced techniques.
Pole Choreography
This class is combining a series of pole tricks and transitions with floor moves and rolls along with dancing – basically it’s a dance piece on a specific song. The class will start with a light warm-up, then the choreography will be divided into parts for students to learn it. At the end of class, the students will perform the entire routine followed by a relaxing stretching.
Note: In this class students will be asked to add their personality to they way they perform the routine, also they can add moves to make it their own
Attire: top/t-shirt, shorts and pants, socks, knee pads if available, leg warmers if available.
Pole Tricks Intermediate
Once you have learned how to climb, aerial invert, and more – it’s combo time!
*Must have instructor approval.
Pole Core
All of our classes will give you the full body workout you are looking for, but if you want to give your core, booty and legs a little special attention, this is for you. We will use a combination of floor exercises, Barre exercises for optimal results.
Note: No pole experience necessary.
Pole Assessment
Our Instructor will ask you to execute a number of tricks based on our criteria to know which level best suits you and to move you to the next level.
Flexibility Classes – Splits, Back, Middle Splits
This class is dedicated to increasing your flexibility with a variety of stretches on the floor and using the different types of equipment.
You will do a warmup to prepare your joints, followed by static stretches. Want to get that split, backbend or take a pole move just a bit farther? This is the key!
Splits Flexibility
The class will start with warm ups to reduce the soreness of your muscles. During the class you will learn how stretching and certain types of exercises can help improve your flexibility, reaching the full potential, strength and power of your muscles, also you’ll learn some cool poses. The class will end with some stretches to keep your muscles loose and relaxed.
Attire: You need to wear leggings.
Back Flexibility
Learning how to do the bridge in many different ways. Expect to open up your heart while on the floor, on the wall, on the pole, everywhere!
Aerial Hoops Beginner
In these classes you will learn poses and moves on and above the hoop. As you become more advanced, you will learn to spin the apparatus as you execute skills and poses.
Attire: Please wear clothing that covers the backs of the knees and torso for all aerial classes, other than pole. This will help avoid burns caused by friction with the silks or hoop.
Aerial Silks Beginner
Aerial Silks involves two lengths of fabric rigged from the ceiling. Starting off with a variety of climbs to build your strength and get you off the ground, the moves progress into wrapping and manoeuvring your body around – and upside down.
Attire: Wear tight and comfortable clothes.
Mommy and Me
This is a pole dancing class for Mothers and Daughters to spend time together, and make memories you will never forget!
Head and Handstand
This class will help you to strengthen your upper body, your core & legs as well as finding balance.
It’s recommended for everyone to be stronger to advance faster in pole, hoop and silks. In this class you will explore the traditional headstand shape, and play with fun variations and transitions.
Attire: Wear tight and comfortable clothes.
